Contact our bakery and talk with our Bridal Manager. Let us make sure we have availability for your wedding date and we will create a sample tasting pack for you to pick up at our bakery during normal business hours. After you have made a decision on your flavors, you will connect with us in next steps for ordering your cake and desserts.

Price for this service is determined upon location.
• Set-up
Our staff will arrive onsite 1 1/2 hours prior to your event starting to create your entire display. $55
• Tier Rental
We have a huge inventory of tiers that you can rent. Whatever style wedding you are having, we have the tiers to match. We ask that all tiers that are rented be returned back to our bakery 2 to 3 days after the wedding date in good condition. The price of the rental includes all pieces needed to create your display. We don’t charge per piece. $55

Cupcake Displays
Blue Crab Cupcakes is trained to help you select the correct amount of cupcakes for your wedding. General rule : 1 per person for regular size cupcakes, 2-3 per person for mini cupcakes. We will be able to assist you to make sure you find the perfect number for your wedding.
We suggest 3-4 flavors, but don’t charge any additional cost for additional flavors. At the end of the night if you have leftover cupcakes, we will provide clean containers for you to package them in.
Payment
If you decide to have Blue Crab Cupcakes as your cake vendor for your wedding, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit.
Three weeks prior to your event, and once you have received all of your RSVPs from your guests, we confirm your order and flavor selections. Remaining balance is due at this time.
